Rich and indulgent, this no-bake fudge is perfect for festive treats or gifting.

  1. Melt the chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil over a pan of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add the rest: Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the hazelnuts: Fold in the chopped hazelnuts, reserving a few for topping.
  4. Set the fudge: Line a square baking tin with parchment paper and pour the mixture in, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the reserved hazelnuts on top.
  5. Chill: Place the tin in the fridge for at least 2 hours until firm. Once set, cut into squares.
