A warming, festive breakfast with creamy oats, cranberries, and crunchy pecans.

Ingredients
- 100g porridge oats
- 500ml almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 50g dried cranberries
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Toppings:
- 30g pecans, roughly chopped
- Maple syrup
- Natural yogurt (optional)
Method
- Cook the oats: In a saucepan, combine the oats, almond milk, cranberries, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Add flavour: Stir in the maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Top and serve: Divide the porridge between bowls, top with chopped pecans, and drizzle with more maple syrup and yogurt if desired.
