A warming, festive breakfast with creamy oats, cranberries, and crunchy pecans.

Ingredients

Toppings:

  • 30g pecans, roughly chopped
  • Maple syrup
  • Natural yogurt (optional)

Method

  1. Cook the oats: In a saucepan, combine the oats, almond milk, cranberries, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  2. Add flavour: Stir in the maple syrup and cinnamon.
  3. Top and serve: Divide the porridge between bowls, top with chopped pecans, and drizzle with more maple syrup and yogurt if desired.
