How our feelgood food powers Tan’s healthy snack business
Have you heard about the snack that is 100% healthy, packed with goodness, with the ingredients available under one roof and that are also delicious? You haven’t? Then let us introduce you to NOSH Balls, a range of energy snack balls that use mostly Grape Tree ingredients in their recipes.
Founder and creator of NOSH Balls, Tan Littlefair, from West Sussex, created the health food snack firm in Chichester and now delivers all over the UK.
It was when sourcing her ingredients for the no sugar, gluten-free, no junk, healthy snacks that she stumbled upon Grape Tree and cites us as an inspiration for her healthy creations.
And she explained why she chose our chain for her super-charged, super-healthy snacks.

NOSH Balls come in 11 flavours and are available online. But, in case you’d like to try making them for yourself, here are four flavours you can create with a little help from us.

Snickerz
Ingredients:
- 225g dates blended to paste with 1tbsp of hot water
- 50g ground almonds
- 190g crunchy peanut butter
- 1tbsp cacao powder
- 1tsp vanilla extract
TO MAKE: Blitz all ingredients in food processor or by hand in a large bowl, roll into balls and chill.
Salted caramel flapjack
Ingredients:
- 175g dates blended to paste with 1tbsp of hot water
- 100g cashew butter
- 25g melted coconut oil
- 175g oats, half blended to flour
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp of pink Himalayan salt
TO MAKE: Blitz all ingredients in food processor or by hand in a large bowl, roll into balls and chill.
Spiced apple and walnut
Ingredients:
- 90g walnuts
- 180g dried apple slices
- 120g flame raisins
- 15g almonds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
TO MAKE: Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped, roll into balls and chill.
Choc Raspberry
Ingredients:
- 50g almond butter
- 200g dates blended with 1tbsp hot water
- 50g finely chopped dried cranberries
- 5g freeze dried raspberries
- 15g cacao powder
- 10g cacao nibs
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp raspberry extract
TO MAKE: Blitz all ingredients in food processor or by hand in a large bowl, roll into balls and chill.
