Looking for a quick energy boost? These Monster Energy Balls are packed with all the goodness you need to keep you going throughout the day! Using a delicious mix of dates, seeds, and nut butter, they’re perfect for an on-the-go snack or post-workout bite.
Ingredients:
- 200g pitted dates, soaked in hot water for at least 30 minutes
- 40g pumpkin seeds
- 50g nut butter
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 2 tsp maca powder
- A pinch of sea salt

Method:
- In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a sticky paste.
- Add the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, nut butter, cocoa powder, chia seeds, desiccated coconut, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Pulse until well combined, but with some texture remaining.
- Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Roll the balls in extra desiccated coconut or cocoa powder for coating.
- Add the little eyes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
