A warm, fibre-rich breakfast packed with slow-release energy from oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and maca. Topped with banana, dried dates, and walnuts for natural sweetness and crunch.

Method

  1. In a saucepan, combine the oats, almond milk, cinnamon, maca powder and 1/2 banana. 
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the omega seed mix. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and creamy.
  4. Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  5. Divide into bowls and top with sliced banana, dried dates, and chopped walnuts.
