A warm, fibre-rich breakfast packed with slow-release energy from oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and maca. Topped with banana, dried dates, and walnuts for natural sweetness and crunch.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 100g porridge oats
- 500ml almond milk (or any plant milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tbsp omega seed mix
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings:
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped dried dates
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
Method
- In a saucepan, combine the oats, almond milk, cinnamon, maca powder and 1/2 banana.
- Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Stir in the omega seed mix. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and creamy.
- Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Divide into bowls and top with sliced banana, dried dates, and chopped walnuts.
