  1. Heat to 180°C (160°C fan, Gas Mark 4). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground almonds, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and chia seeds.
  3. Stir in the tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until a thick dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls, place them on the baking tray, and flatten slightly with a fork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool completely before serving.
