Super light, fluffy and creamy - this peanut butter mousse is a pure delight! It is created with silken tofu and aquafaba for an ultra-smooth finish and fridge ready in just a few minutes. It’s delicious on its own or topped with dark chocolate chips. Perfect as a dessert or afternoon treat to satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients (serves 4): Here's what you'll need
- 1 pack silken tofu (300g)
- 60 ml maple syrup
- A pinch of salt
- 120g smooth peanut butter
- 125 ml aquafaba, whipped up to be fluffy
- Dark chocolate chips for garnish (optional)
Method: Making the Vegan Peanut Butter Mousse
- Place the silken tofu, maple syrup, salt and peanut butter into a blender and process until smooth.
- In the meantime, whip up the aquafaba until stiff peaks form, then fold the aquafaba into the peanut butter mix.
- Transfer into 4 small jars and place into the fridge overnight. Garnish with dark chocolate chips and enjoy!
