Introducing a unique and indulgent Walnut Horchata Martini, a delightful twist on the classic cocktail that combines the creamy flavors of horchata with the rich and nutty essence of walnuts.
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 90ml California walnut milk*
- 45ml vodka
- 45ml coffee liqueur
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
- 2 litre water, filtered and distilled
- 30ml honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch coarse salt
To Make:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add walnut milk, vodka, liqueur, and cinnamon.
- Shake and strain into a glass.
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
*FOR THE CALIFORNIA WALNUT MILK:
Ingredients:
- 500g California walnuts, toasted
To Make:
- Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until you obtain a thick liquid.
- Strain with a sieve, and then pass through cheesecloth to remove smaller particulates from the liquid.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
