A crunchy, vibrant slaw with sweet raisins and nutty pumpkin seeds, dressed in a light apple cider vinaigrette.

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  • Stir in the raisins and pumpkin seeds just before serving for added texture and sweetness
