Faulty Goods

We always do our best to make sure that the products we sell are made to the highest standard.

If though you are not happy with the quality of your goods, we are happy to offer the following in accordance with your statutory rights:

  • For returns within 30 days, we are happy to offer a full refund
  • For returns after 30 days, we are happy to offer a replacement


Changed Your Mind?

We're sure you'll love your purchase but if you’re not happy with it for any reason, then we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange providing that the goods are returned within 28 days of purchase in their original packaging in and in a saleable condition along with a valid receipt. All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original payment method so please ensure that if you paid for goods on a debit or credit card that you have it with you when you return the item.


Can I Get A Refund Without A Receipt?

Regrettably, without a valid receipt, we are unable to offer a refund. We may be able to offer you an exchange though providing the products are returned in a saleable condition.
