Organic Bulgur Wheat 500g. A whole grain made from cracked wheat that has been partially cooked. It is quick to prepare and commonly used in the Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Indian cuisines.
Cooking instructions: 1) Rinse 100g of bulgur wheat in cold water. 2) Bring 400ml of water or stock to the boil in a saucepan. 3) Ass bulgur wheat to a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. 4) Remove off the heat. Drain off any excess water and stand for 10 minutes. 5) Serve.
