Organic Peruvian 82% Chocolate Drops 200g. Cacao liquor is obtained by processing ground cacao nibs to make a cacao paste. The paste is then melted down to become a liquor.
The liquor is then refined with Panela sugar and cocoa butter until obtaining a fine paste. Which goes through conching and is then tempered and moulded into drops.
Peruvian chocolate has gained recognition for it's distinct flavour, often characterised by fruity and floral flavours.
These drops can be used in baking, cooking or as a topping for desserts.
